World Cup Pot is a decentralized bet-to-earn platform for football fans by football fans.
We built a platform that will offer the global community of football fans a way to experience key activities together but without the hassle of middlemen.
The WCP platform has the following components:
WCP token
Real World Matches Betting contracts (World Cup 2022 as the first one)
Simulated Football Game Engine (simGames)
SimGames betting contract
NFT Athletes
Drafting contract
NFT Proteges

$WCP is the main token of the platform and it serves as an incentive to participate in the platform. In what we call a Bet-to-earn model.
The token will also be used in other ways such as drafting, NFT protege training and more.
WCP is on the Ethereum blockchain and it has a fixed supply of 1 Billion in which a significant amount will be burnt in various sinks in the platform.
It has 0% tax on buy orders on DEXs but has a 10% sell tax that will use half to add more liquidity to the WCP/ETH pair and the other half for marketing purposes.
We, the founders are football fans in Europe who wanted to build a protocol that would grow the community and bring over activities that football fans love over on the blockchain with no middleman. This includes betting on your favorite team in official matches, having simulated matches, owning NFT athletes, training more athletes and more.
We partnered with a capable development firm in UK and was incubated by Exnetwork Capital - an agile Web3 investment firm based in the Philippines.
At the core of it is its a permission-less football fan platform for anyone regardless of country or age, we believe betting is a big part of football as well as having attachments to the athletes and their teams.
Creating virtual NFT athletes with their own stats that join teams and go on to play own matches in a fun game engine that mimics condition of an actual football match has not been done before.
Other experiences such as drafting and training younger athletes is part of our roadmap too. Once gain, a new innovation in the space.
