As a follow-up to our previous announcement regarding a temporary suspension of player trading, we have conducted an in-depth analysis of the affected accounts to ensure that legitimate players have been identified. In response, we have taken the following actions:

1. Any account found to have exploited the game will face an outright permanent ban. There is no excuse for this behavior and we will not accept any appeals.

2. Users who received implicated items without trading for them in-game will be temporarily banned. These users may appeal the ban by providing evidence that they were not affiliated with the group of users who exploited the game, such as communication records and on-chain records of Ethereum transactions. Purchased gold and resources that originated from the exploit will not be reinstated, but purchased weapons and avatars may be reinstated at our sole discretion. Ethereum spent may also be reimbursed at our sole discretion.

3. Users who traded items with implicated accounts will not be banned. The trade will be reimbursed or reversed (items received removed, items sent reimbursed). These users may submit an appeal if they wish, and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

4. Accounts pending further investigation will not be banned. Implicated items will be removed pending further investigation. After the investigation, items may be reinstated or further moderation action may be necessary. An appeal is possible in this case.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension of player trading, but we hope you understand that this was necessary to address the issue of exploitation and ensure that legitimate users were not unfairly affected.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take any necessary action to ensure that our game remains fair and enjoyable for all players. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
