We know that it is our subconscious that controls most of our consciousness, so we are aware that our free will has less control than we think. Despite this, we have to go through difficult stages in order to reach our sensory archive with the consciousness controlled by the subconscious, against the subconscious that feeds itself in an involuntary flow.

This is because our creativity is in a layered universe where we have to go from the surface to the deepest.It consists of all the experiences we have had so far.Including the worst, and this place doesn't understand the negative, the irony and the joke because always on the alert for your life.

If you tell the subconscious mind not to consciously think bad things, the first thing it will do is think bad things.In this work, I presented a visual and auditory reflection of one of my journeys where I tried not to think bad things.
