When you input your Discord name on .bit account management dashboard, please make sure you have input the full Discord username, including the uppercase letters, the spaces between letters and some special characters.
Input your Discord username fully and correctly. Otherwise you may fail to verify.
If you still have problems, you can contact me or send me private messages on this.
