【前言】本次会议主要围绕XRC接下来的发展路径展开，主要讨论了新版roadmap以及英文区建设和地块建设的问题。

Report on the research of land platforms:

·SandBox：

尝试用voxedit做了两个体素，难度不高，但花费时间和精力较多，社区举办素材制作大赛的门槛过高。3月3日，sandbox将开始ALPHA SEASON2，面对所有玩家开放，并且有机会赢pass。社区和团队可以考虑3月在sandbox上搞个活动一起玩一下，但是需注意sandbox服务器线路较特殊，登录起来可能会有些问题。3月3日会开放pc端和ios端客户端下载的，到时候再看。

I tried to do two voxels with voxedit, which was not that difficult, but it took quite a lot of time and effort, therefore the threshold for the community to hold a material production contest was high. On March 3, sandbox will start ALPHA SEASON2, which is open to all players and there is a chance to win a pass. We can consider having an event on sandbox in March for XRC members to play together. However, it is important to note that the sandbox server line is special, which means it may have strict requirements for your network line, so we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to hold it when the ALPHA SEASON 2 starts.

·Webb:

玩耍门槛较低。可以挖矿赚代币，买装备等等，预计webb的活动会先办起来。

The threshold to playing is relatively low. You can mine to earn coins to buy equipment in the game. It is expected that our activities on Webb will be run first.

Issue 1 Hugo's thoughts on the development of XRC from mfers' derivatives

mfers和XRC不同，完全是社区驱动。有关衍生品nft，它的逻辑是，在原版价格较高的情况下，让人购买价格较低的衍生品赚钱，从而最终再回来买原版NFT。这就是影响力扩散，但以XRC目前的地板价还操作不了。

Mfers, unlike XRC, is completely community driven. Regarding its derivative NFT, the logic behind is to make people buy the less expensive derivative to make money when the original is more expensive, thus eventually coming back to buy the original NFT. This is influence spreading, but with XRC's current floor price it can't operate in this way yet.

因为XRC是从web2转型而来，要实现地板价的反转，需要团队谨慎布局，收集社区意见，把资金、团队成员分工和路线图milestone等各方面都配合好。

Because XRC is transformed from web2, in order to achieve the floor price reversal and increase, the team needs to lay out carefully, collect community opinions, and match all aspects well such as funding, team member's division of labor as well as roadmap milestone.

Issue 2 The construction of the general chat group

目前我们和英文区的holder有一定沟通、同步工作进展，同时英文区mod和一些中文区holder都有给英文区holder疏解情绪。

At present, we have some communication and synchronized work progress with the holders of the general channel, while at the same time the English mods and some Chinese holders have been actively relieving their emotions.

此次会议中，有人建议：

During this meeting, it was suggested that

中文区英文不错的holder可以和英文区holder开twitter space聊天答疑；

Chinese holders who are good at English can open twitter space to chat with English holders and answer their questions;

针对英文区的活跃holder给予鼓励；

Encouragement for active holders in the general channel.

Issue 3 What is the actual benefit/ empowerment of the plot construction to the holder?

底层逻辑：Underlying logic:

通过增加社区成员的粘附时间，给用户带来金钱收益/振奋体验。

Bring users a monetary gain/exciting experience by increasing the amount of time community members spend on projects.

归属感：Sense of Belonging:

地块作为社区的共同家园，可以给社区成员带来归属感；

Land Plots serve as a common home for the community and can give community members a sense of belonging.

地块上的建筑物可以提升对外传播和品牌影响力。

The buildings on the land plot can enhance external outreach and brand influence.

参与感：Sense of participation:

通过设置在地块上做游戏或完成任务等方式，参与白名单抽奖等，提高成员参与度。

Increase member participation by setting up games to play on the plots or completing quests to participate in whitelist drawings, etc.
