Marutani Dimensional Model (MDM)

This post serves as a timestamped proof of authorship for the theoretical framework called the Marutani Dimensional Model (MDM).

MDM is a dimensional systems-thinking model that integrates abstract theoretical constructs with applied molecular processes, such as mRNA vaccine mechanisms, immune signaling pathways, and hierarchical biological representations. It proposes a two-tier structure:

  • MDM (theoretical dimension model)

  • Directory Mapping method (visual-hierarchical application)

This framework aims to provide a unified way to visualize complex systems interactions, particularly in life sciences and theoretical bio-modeling.
