In 2014, Laojunshan Laozi's bronze statue was recorded by the World Guinness headquarters as "the highest Guinness in the world - the world's tallest Laozi bronze statue". On May 14, 2022, the sea of ​​clouds landscape in Laojun Mountain Scenic Area was selected as one of the first "weather and climate landscape viewing spots" in China.
