What type of game will Ascenders be?
Ascenders is a sci-fantasy, open-world action RPG featuring a fully decentralized, player-driven economy. Players can freely explore new dungeons and discover resources in the distant overworld - Ascension.
When will Ascenders be released?
Building a triple-A game that aims to harness the immense potential blockchain and cryptocurrency provides takes time. Our team has been working tirelessly in curating the most immersive gaming experience available on Web3. The official game is currently scheduled to release in Q4 of 2023, but minigames and other events will also be launched in the meantime for you to have a glimpse into the Ascenders experience!
What will the gaming experience be like?
The game’s story takes the player through a large contiguous overworld which allows players to enter battle instances in dungeons and explore their surroundings. The gameplay is both Single Player and PvEvP.
Will there be guilds?
Our game features a player-driven community with big plans for a vibrant social system. Currently, existing guilds have shown interest in Ascenders and we definitely have the guild system in mind when developing the game. More announcements would be made on this in the future, stay tuned!
Will there be a mobile version of Ascenders?
Yes. The mobile version will launch after the PC version released.
Can we participate in Alpha/Beta testing?
We will share early-access opportunities when they become available. Your feedback and experience are important for us game developers as they will help us design the game to appeal to our supporters.
What's the difference between $GG and $AGC?
Glow Gems ($GG) are the utility tokens used as the in-game currency for Ascenders. $GG fuels primary economic actions such as building construction, item minting, crafting upgrades, buying items from marketplaces. $GG has an uncapped supply and will match the overall growth of the economy. Ascenders Governance Council ($AGC) is the governance token used by players to participate in votes on important game direction decisions. $AGC can be staked for rewards. The maximum supply is capped at 1 billion.
When will be the $AGC token, Avatar NFT, and Land Parcel sales?
The public sale of $AGC is scheduled to launch in Q2 2022. Both Avatar NFT and Land Parcel sales will be conducted after the IDO. Specific dates of the IDO will be posted in a later announcements. Is there a whitelist for the NFTs and token sales?
There is no whitelist Discord grinding.
We will be giving out whitelists to our early supporters in the form of active giveaways and contests. We will also consider granting whitelists to community members that have been active and helpful in the Ascenders Discord. Everything will be based on quality over quantity criteria.
How does the weapon system work?
Players would be able to collect materials and components for weapon crafting through battles, dungeon clearing, and developing land. These components can be combined and minted as an NFT and transacted on the open market. No full items will be dropped directly which allows players to have the freedom to craft whatever item they want with the components they have.
How does the player lanes system work?
The Ascenders economy is designed around economic lanes, each designed around a different player type. We currently have 3 player lanes with their own gameplay loop, resources and rewards, unique challenges, and strategies to master. When players from different lanes intersect, trade and collaboration opportunities emerge, increasing economic activity.
How does the land system work?
In Ascenders, every player can become a landowner and produce resources, build infrastructure, and offer services to other players in the community. We have introduced features such as Battle for Land and Hidden Land Traits to tackle land speculation and incentivize land development. Which blockchain will Ascenders be built on and which wallet should I use?
Ascenders will be built on Avalanche and the wallet we suggest using at first is Metamask. A more detailed tutorial on how to use a web wallet will be posted on our medium page.

What is the meaning of the discord roles?
What kind of weapons will be available? We saw Longsword for now
we will slowly reveal our weapon over time as we develop the game.
Remember, players will be crafting all the weapons in our game. We will have upgrade paths for each weapon. Swords will be effective against certain monsters and long ranged weapons would be effective against others.
Players will have to make economic choices on what to craft and build with the amount of resources you have obtained through fighting, exploring and building player lanes....or you can fork out cash and acquire those resources from other players.
Will fighters, builders and explorers be bought as NFT's?
Each lane's resources is unique to its lane. Fighter will get exclusive resources in dungeons. Explorers will find exclusive resources in the overworld. Builders will find exclusive resources on land.
To build an item, you need all three types of resources to craft a NFT. Players will work and trade resources with each other. That's how you create a high velocity economy.
You will need to find a blacksmith to craft your item. Blacksmiths are built on land by the players. If you don't own land, you can still rent one from another player.
