Hearing how they thought about the path all the way to hyperscale, how intentionally they simplified their messaging, and how they frame token communities gave a really solid framework for how Web2 rooted game teams can rewire their org muscle for Web3. - Marketing channels are just amplifiers. The message is what actually matters. - Tokens are not something you manage. They’re a lagging indicator of how well you’re really doing. These are principles a lot of Web2 builders lost sight of while getting distracted by problems that felt ‘NEW’ in Web3. If anything, Web3 might not be about complexity or novelty at all.
