Show me a single crypto news event that actually mattered where Crypto Twitter or Farcaster didn’t flood the timeline with think pieces, doom post threads, and quote reactions. Even Vitalik’s posts trigger the same pattern. it’s the default behavior of highly opinionated networks reacting in real time (and people in crypto sure love to voice theirs). I get that this one hits closer to home because of proximity, but that doesn’t change how the game works. Dan’s response addressed the substance so let’s not pretend the surrounding noise is unusual or uniquely revealing.

I would be more likely to believe X is dying if there weren't so many posts about how X is dying. It makes me feel like people are more just projecting their desired outcome rather than what is actually reflective of reality
