Continuously amazed that experienced devs don't like learning from video and then when I show them stuff, they're flabbergasted. It's hard to find good streamers who are actually good at recording, many just drag on concepts because it takes skill and time to do well and misaligned incentives from youtube on video length. That and I can parse 'how much time this person has spent on their craft'.
