After I launched Pistachio, I onboarded my dad.
He created his account by himself, flawlessly. This is a man with very little patience for technology.
But his next statement revealed a hidden pain.
"Great, next time we're together you can help me move my money over." Oof.
Pistachio is designed to be entirely self-service, so that even your parents can get onchain without help. I CANNOT be a bottleneck.
This made me realize that our onboarding -> onramping flow is not good enough.
So, we've reworked it.
We've bridged the gaps between:
1) onboarding and onramping
2) deposit and first user action
So that new non-crypto native retail users will not get lost in the flow.
Update coming to public version soon.
