Re: "ignoring the users who care most about your product" One thing I will say I learned from building products that were beloved by consumers/community (Vimeo in particular) Users aren't always good at prescribing exactly WHAT they need, but the product team/community team listening to and validating WHY they think they need it is very important I am not seeing a lot of the validating why piece happening in public now, which gives me pause and makes this moment in FC history different for me than in the past
