One seriously powerful feature that took at least my entire afternoon yesterday is TUN mode on GenyConnect! This means GenyConnect now operates using its own dedicated VPN adapter, rather than relying only on proxy settings or system-wide proxy configuration. In short: TUN mode means running the core as a virtual network interface that captures all system traffic at the IP layer, processes it, and tunnels it before it reaches the internet. When TUN mode is enabled, the following happens: 1) All system traffic is captured 2) A full VPN-like environment is created 3) Even applications without proxy support are routed through the tunnel
