I created a crypto alt account back in the "drop your ENS" heyday of 2021. It was nice because I would have one account for crypto things and one account for everything else, two separate feeds. Now both algo feeds are pretty much identical: mostly Reddit-style ragebait and tiktok slop. Luckily the 'following' tab still seems to work.
