North Beach is the Italian American neighborhood of SF, so here we have a trifecta of Italian Amaro cocktails: Aperol Spritz, Boulivardier, and an Americano. Aperol Spritz: remember all spritzes are 3:2:1, 3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz of Amaro (Aperol), 1 oz of club soda. A Boulivardier is simply a bourbon negroni: 1 oz Campari, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 1 oz bourbon Finally, an Americano ( this one is less common; so be sure to specify you mean the cocktail and not the coffee): 1 oz Campari, 1 oz sweet vermouth, lenghtened with club soda in a highball
