One notable thing that really caught my attention today was that after developer rewards were removed from Farcaster, the true quality and value of real apps became clearly visible It became obvious which apps were genuinely active and which ones were just using different tactics to climb the rankings and earn bigger rewards Now that there are no rewards, many of those apps have become completely inactive and aren’t even in the top 100 anymore , apps that used to consistently be in the top 25!! This raises a fundamental question: Were those apps cheating? Or were some of them receiving special support that, with Farcaster’s recent changes, they no longer have?
