I just noticed you have to pay to start channels which makes sense but I have qs: Channels are part of permissionless farcaster protocol right? Not part of warpcast? When you pay, are you just paying warpcast an anti-spam fee? Or are you paying gas fee to register it onchain? Or is it both? If you make a channel some other way, will warpcast index it and show it? cc local fc expert @harris-
