Trying to increase my content quality, improve my media diet and reduce screen time by like 90%. Brain rotting in skull. Some ideas I’ve had so far:
-no phone on the train. I live in the coolest city in the world, nothing on my phone is better. This is a must.
-greyscale so my dopamine center is dulled
-with trades, buying spot with a time horizon of > a few weeks
-going for walks
-video scrolling apps on my phone are now bricked
Any other ideas appreciated !
