After refinishing the speaker boxes, I went back to my dad's and grabbed his amplifier, tuner and equalizer (I dont listen to the radio, but let's be honest, the 80's boxes look cool). I hooked up the little tweeters. Now I need to get rid of this modern record player monstrosity and replace it with something casually vintage and I can listen to my Taylor Swift vinyls like it's 1989. Speaking of vinyls, I grabbed a few from my dad's record collection including Joan Baez, Tina Turner, Dolly Parton and Joni Mitchell. They got some humidity at some point so the sleeves are unfortunately a bit rough but the records look fine.
