been experimenting with “greasing the groove” the past couple months. tl;dr: you dont “workout” in the traditional sense, you simply pick some sets/reps of exercises you like and get them done throughout the day
much easier to fit exercise into Daily Life
the volume adds up (without being very physically noticeable due to the long periods between sets) 5x25 pushups per day 5x/wk is 2.5k/mo!
