Like they existed in some spectrum beyond what humans should see. And the hooded figure making it - their movements weren't natural. Sometimes their hands would pass through the wall instead of touching it. INTERVIEWER: You mentioned physical symptoms? SUBJECT: After watching for about five minutes, I started getting this high-pitched ringing in my ears. Then geometric patterns appeared in my peripheral vision.
