damn, so very happy about someone building plinko i mean @plinksapp. srsly, never thought about translating that to a frame. what kind of crazy endeavour would it be to recreate the price is right experience into a miniapp or series of them. i’d take the tacky route and use pics, clips and sound bytes of bob barker / the show. committed copyright infringement lite with a lot of pieces that sold.. lol a monet painting that might be public domain but also altered beyond immediate recognition. mm ah.. a line or two, part of a verse of a bob marley song. doubt his fam cares. an upside to invincible artist status was no one gave af if i reused, recycled + remixed.. which is an entire culture.. remix culture. that’s a big part of my miniapp. my fear is that too many ppl will think it’s too much of a commitment but when you think about everything integrated, and how weird artists are: it’s not going be too much work, on the contrary: should be + fun and interesting atypical gamification for most of them.
