My strong guess is the future of work isn't full-time. It's contractual.
Here's why →
Most teams will be just 2-3 people:
• A sharp product person
• A sharp BD/marketing generalist
• AI doing the rest
They'll build 95% of the product themselves using AI. For the remaining 5% — genuinely complex problems — they'll get a dev on contract, done in a week, shipped.
Most products will use AI to maintain themselves and push basic updates.
Small SaaS tools competing on UX will most probably die. People will start building their own tools tailored to exactly what they need — calendars, to-do lists, trackers, curation systems — all of it.
And thats why I'm super bullish on
x.com/earnfirstdollar.
Soon it'll become the platform to get:
• A dev for any complex task
• A designer for the last touches
• A marketer or content person for distribution
Thats what we're building for the future and you'll see it all align very soon.
