I just started using Claude Code and honestly, it's changed how I build software.
Here's the thing that got me hooked: Plan Mode. I used to spend time crafting my own prompts in Cursor to generate specs before coding. Had my whole prompt engineering system figured out. But Plan Mode is a game changer. Instead of wrestling with prompts to get decent planning, I can actually think through the entire feature properly. Get real architecture laid out. Then build it.
What this really means is I'm shipping complete features in single sessions now. Working with frameworks like Kiro, I go from spec to working code without losing my train of thought or getting stuck halfway through.
