Good morning, friends ☀️
My morning isn't about perfection.
First, hygiene. Then a glass of water. Then coffee.
Then... yes, two cigarettes. I know. I'm guilty. It's my weakness. One of my 😅
And then, no compromises.
- 3 km easy jog – to wake up the mind.
- 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 45-second plank. Rest – and back to the fight, 5 reps.
Then TRX:
- chest press 5x10
- biceps curls 5x10
And that's it. Body engaged. Brain engaged. Energy at its peak.
I'm not a perfect healthy lifestyle adherent.
I'm just a person who chooses discipline every morning.
