For the better part of the last decade, I’ve been thinking about building an honest human digital economy: How do real people find each other online without noise, without manipulation, without feeds deciding everything for you, and how do we design this system so people have a stake, not empty status? Over the past few years I’ve built in the open here. Quietly tested on Base throughout their extended Beta. Refined matching, identity, presence. But something was still missing. Verification changes the baseline. When you know the other person is real, everything shifts. Discovery feels different. Conversation feels different. Presence means something again. Been quiet lately because i’ve been heavily rebuilding parts of the app that most people will never notice. Deleted old systems. Simplified architecture. Reduced code surface by 10%. The goal is reliability for what’s next!

AI can generate infinite posts now. What it can’t fake is shared history. Still building for people recognizing each other for who they are.

I’m a prompt engineer, not vibe coder. I need process, back and forth, checkpoints, time to go back and reflect on work done, to reassess. One shotting is cool to share for engagement, but I’d much rather operate in tandem through a flow we both contribute to.
