I nearly missed my son's therapy appointment this morning. Not because I don't care. Because I have ADHD. Here's what caught it, and why I built it.

Artificial Intelligence Vs Us
Why artists and writers don't need to fear it.It's coming for our jobs!! One of the most recognisable and made-fun-of-catch cries in history, thanks to South Park. First, it was the women, then the immigrants, then computers, robots, self serve checkouts. But, unfortunately, some small-minded people are still scared of pretty much every single one of those coming to take their jobs. Some are justified in their fears because they suck at their job. Spend too much time complaining abo...

The Future of Decentralised Social Media
My opinion - Who will survive, who will become the modern day MySpaceFirst and foremost I must stress that this is my opinion. Happy to hear other opinions and discuss them, as long as there’s no abuse, name-calling etc. Seriously some people need to relax a little. I certainly don’t pretend to know everything and if I’m wrong, happy to be shown why I am wrong so I can learn. Not just saying, “You’re wrong, JD” You need to SHOW me, so I understand. As most of you know me from DeSo there’s a g...

Blood in the streets of DeSo
https://jdarmstrong.substack.com/ Many of us woke to blood on the streets on the 11th/12th of January. The creator fund had finally sold much of its holdings in creator coin, and the fact is, no one can blame them. This excerpt from Mario Nawfal’s post on the day says a fair bit - “Today the team liquidated the holdings of our investors who all opted to exit creator coins due to the plethora of rug pulls. While I did not fully agree with their decision, I do understand it, and of course, I ha...

Cold Shower Challenge Day 2
Well, first off I got to sleep all the way through last night. So that's a win as it seems to be a rare event for parents. I woke around 6 am, however, I'm not quite at the point of getting up that early to take advantage of Keegan still being asleep. So we both woke up at 8 am. Played the thirsty mozzie tickle game for about half an hour. Then we played the "Daddy going to get up, quick cuddle him and then push with my little legs as hard as I can so as to push daddy back onto the ...
