nu dough hu dis? Improved consistency of the dark chocolate almond flour DCAF cookie with avocado oil by increasing the batch size. I'm no Oppenheimer of splitting eggs and it's easier to get the right proportions at a larger size.
I'm happy with the doughy middle layer. Going to reduce the bake time from 10 to 8 min so the top layer is doughier.

My friend's mom made me a box from their party since I wasn't able to go. Also discovered the Persian fruit rollup made with apple and blueberries. One of the best candies I've had.
Surprised how the avocado oil almond flour cookies (left) turned out. Doughier and better than expected.
Greek yogurt (right) are cakey and delicious too.
More work to be done on avocado oil as the base oil. Will test adding a small amount of yogurt and|or almond milk to make them slightly less dense.

Going to test removing all people followed on @farcaster (29 at a time) manually to see if that will allow me to see all 100 people followed.
Then I can re-add people manually.
