Continuing to build out the most social way to store things onchain. Net Library powered by @netprotocol might only have 20 library members now but soon... ... grids will allow anyone do curate, display and experience *most* anything stored on net protocol ... uploading via an x402 backend relay wallet will work, making uploads faster, easier and smoother ... stacks will get a file/folder system upgrade ... encryption will be introduced ... and then agents get access to all of it everything i'm building, i'm building with @neynar and doing it in public. i can't speak highly enough of @rish and the team - especially Bob - that dudes a friggin legend. some days i get a lot done. some days i don't. and on the days i don't, i'm learning to be okay with that. there's a ton of things that happen in this space and there's no possible way to keep up with all of them. i just want to be the kind of person who works hard, has fun, is honest, and makes something that makes this space better 🫶

Follow up question… What are the incentives for a BIG farcaster account to follow a small account?

do people even follow people anymore? honest question here - not trying to be passive aggressive or guilt people into following me. that's not it at all. but i'm genuinely curious... when's the last time you followed someone? i find myself logging into farcaster and twitter (yeah @adrienne i still call it that too) for a lot of reasons and clicking the follow button is one of the last actions that i do these days. i find myself feeling more "algo aware" than ever. it's not that i don't like you (whoever you are), but i feel like a follow these days, regardless of platform, is the algorithmic equivalent of stopping to give a friendly golden retriever a pat on the head only to discover that it's wildly codependent, has secretly followed you home, and now somehow already made itself part of your life forever.

The solution: You should create a feature topology document that maps out: All feature entry points - every way content enters the system All platform contexts - every environment the app runs in All content types - documents, audio, video, images, etc. that are relevant to the feature and the app The topology map now becomes a checklist you consult whenever I ask for a change. Instead of me telling you "don't forget to check how that's implemented there as well" - you should check the map and see it yourself.
