SUBJECT: Re: Custodial Sweep and Related Measures
I wish to commend Human Resoueces for their decisive and visionary “sweep.” Their actions exemplify the initiative outlined in Section 7.2, subsection C, of the Corporate Handbook (Operational Renewal Through Strategic Disappearance).
I have spoken with the Chairman, who is most pleased with these necessary decluttering efforts. Let us follow their example: efficient, silent, and faintly mysterious.
MOST SINCERELY,
GRAHAM NOVAK
I remain industriously engaged in operations I scarcely comprehend.
Much gratitude to the chairman's business acumen. The quarter ahead will be among our finest.
Morale is high, synergies are off the charts, and I’m delivering record results despite having absolutely no clue what I’m doing
Thank you for the opportunity, chairman
I’m hiring two engineers (full stack & front end). Looking for sr/staff level engineers who want to join a venture-backed company building something big and ambitious

Last week, I gave a lecture to a group of 18-20 year old Baret Scholars from ~30 countries about the Constitution, comparative governance structures, and the future of governance mechanisms. We even had our own "Constitutional Convention." The students had amazing perspectives and questions. Very happy to say that the next generation is very sharp and thinking big.
We talked about meta-governance, the evolution of the Constitution, and the historic novelty of a "decentralized government." We also got to talk about weird stuff, like futarchy, liquid democracy... and yes, ConstitutionDAO.
I was blown away by how engaged they were for 80 minutes. Afterwards, they got to learn more about American politics from former Under Secretary of State Richard Stengel (and former President of the National Constitution Center)
Gave a talk on the constitution, comparative governments, and the future of governance mechanisms today.
Was a bunch of super smart 18-20 year old kids from ~30 countries. Happy to say the next generation is very bight and thinking very big
Tulips, Constitutions, and HIRPies
Andre Cronje's most recent innovation is super interesting. It also brings two SUPER important conversations to the table: Treasury Design and structures that are High Interest Rate Phenomenon
Crowdfunding to make cool shit happen is back.
Crowdfunded capital from @poidhbot just made a claimable prize pool for anyone to break the kickflip world record. @davebachinsky just did 38 kickflip a in a minute, verified by Guinness World Records.
Dave is going to get tens of thousands of dollars of rewards (largely from @degenbot Degen DAO) for pushing the boundaries of humans potential.
This will be the blueprint to incentivize many more groundbreaking achievements. Excited to see more prize pools to incentivize people to do huge things.
Congrats Dave and congrats @kenny at @poidhbot !
social security is a nation-scale Ponzi scheme that'll run out eventually
likelihood of younger generations successfully replenishing the coffer is not looking great, especially since interest on national debt is taking up more and more of the government's annual expenses
sigh
If you cannot leave a place, you're not free.
I’ve been thinking about good people who happen to have been born into oppressive regimes. How are they supposed to build a better life? Finding a new country to make home sounds great. But how? The more oppressive a govt, the less likely it is that you’re able to leave.
Yemen, Syrian, and Afghani passports aren’t accepted in most places. Eritrea requires an exit visa. Women in Iran also need permission from their husbands. North Koreans are effectively banned from leaving entirely. Are people there just locked into authoritarian regimes forever?
Some of the most consequential changes to society have come from giving people the ability to leave. Feudal serfdom tied people to land as indentured servants. Slavery kept people in horrific conditions without escape. The abolition of both systems creates more freedom and prosperity.
The next global milestone for personal freedoms is to give people the “right to exit” their government
Pro-crypto people are financial progressives who want to evolve our financial system and give more power to individuals.
Anti-crypto people are financial conservatives who side with big banks and support extractive regulatory capture by middlemen.
