Tonight my toddler picked “climate change for babies” as a bedtime book, and for the uninitiated, the book basically talks about how we’re making the planet sick, but we also have the power to make it feel better.
We were gifted the book almost 2 years ago, and I’m pretty sure this is the first time it was ever picked for bedtime. Almost as if my toddler knows we all could benefit from the power of coming together and helping each other heal.
Apparently being on parental leave with a newborn is not an excuse from federal jury duty. Not really sure who tf qualifies for the “care for a child or parent” excusal if not a mom on parental leave with an exclusively BF newborn… but ya, let’s encourage women to have more kids.
For the last two days my toddler has had a meltdown over having his socks removed in any and all circumstances. For the last two days my toddler has entered the bath with his socks on. 😵💫
