Ingredients:
Veal or chicken cutlets – 2
Flour – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
Instructions:
Coat meat in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain and serve with lemon slices.
