🇦🇷 Empanadas – Argentina
Ingredients:
Dough: flour – 2 cups, butter – ½ cup, water – ½ cup
Ground beef – 300 g
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green olives – ¼ cup (sliced)
Hard-boiled egg – 1 (chopped)
Paprika, cumin, salt
Instructions:
Make dough, roll into circles.
Cook beef with onion and spices, add olives and egg.
Fill dough circles, fold, and seal edges.
Bake or fry until golden brown.
