🇳🇬 Jollof Rice – Nigeria
Ingredients:
Rice – 2 cups
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Pepper mix – ½ cup
Stock – 2 cups
Instructions:
Fry tomato puree, pepper mix, and onions.
Add stock and rice, cover tightly.
Cook on low heat until rice absorbs liquid.
Fluff and serve with chicken or fish.
