What's are some ideas to get most out of a week physically together for a fully remote team coming together for the first time?
So far we have:
- Booked meeting rooms to work together in
- Social / bonding activity
- Meals together

what people think: touch grass all day
reality: works 12 hours a day
how else do you think we get deliver a 500mil FDV token in one year?
what people think: high salaries
reality: pay ourselves peanuts so we can afford the best talent
talent is expensive AF in web3
I continue to think hiring is one of the hardest part of building in web3.
- need to filter out grifters/tourist
- extremely small pool of talent
- the best people dont need jobs
- the ones who can get the job done are expensive/short term aligned

TLDR my friend's wallet got drained out. She's working in web2 FT, saves whatever she can to invest in crypto, and really doesn't deserve this.
