zK anything is important but users shouldn't be expected to understand it.
same as they shouldn't care about http vs https - it just works (most of the time), zK should work (all of the time).
"this tech proves that it has your secret without revealing it" is hieroglyphs.
make things 99% invisible
to understand things, name them.
to understand them deeply, teach someone how they work. using language they already use and understand.
the burden of clarity is on you.

i use photos I took as my iOS wallpapers. this is a photo from Madeira, Portugal (autonomous economic region)
i take all photos on an iPhone (cause it’s the camera that’s with me all the time)
this is on iPhone 17 pro - second photo is post-processed (white balance), and edited (photomator I think), third photo is original (I don’t shoot RAW anymore but I used to)
wallpaper is Live Photo that’s why the wave is a bit different
Pretty accurate description of how I feel as well.
I basically define architecture, quite PRDs, spec out functionality and it feels like I’m a team of maybe 4-5 people.
But also find that I have to be accurate and somewhat pedantic (not a complaint, just an observation)
