There's one wardrobe element that changes it all.
Have you ever noticed how at first glance identical clothing and physical form can still look very different on different people?
What's the catch?
It's how a person wears his/her confidence. If you ask me - confidence is one of the most critical factors in your looks.
Wdyt?
If anyone has or knows a project where /nearchos could help - feel free to contact me!
I have spare space for something new and currently looking for opportunities to get myself closer to my goal of working in web3 full time.
How can Nearchos help? We can make things happen, whatever it is, but mostly focused on community engagement, growth, DAO building and operations!

First day back after my neck/shoulder injury followed by vacation and tons of other issues. Feeling is weird, the body feels heavy and not flexible. The elbow pain, sadly, is still there... It's been 8 months already. Seems that I'm gonna have a problem here.
Other than that, it feels great to get back to some strength training.

- 2.2 km bicycle ride
- 10/10/10 wall angels
- 7/6/6 band pull apart (increased to 15 kg band)
- 7/6/6 external shoulder rotations (increased to 15 kg band)
- 10/10/10 face pulls (still with 5 kg band. Tried 15 kg - didn't work yet)
- 4/3/3 muscle up dips (instead of 7/7/6 before) - no rush, technique is what's important, no need for further injuries
- 10/10/10 glute bridges
- 12/9/9 push ups (was in the diamond push ups stage before) - slowly getting back on track.
- 2.2 km bicycle ride

It's time to stop the chaos. A lot of new things, new experiences, new starts. Meanwhile my habits were destroyed. Time to get back, steadily and slowly.

After this pause even simple exercises like that felt quite challenging. Sad part - elbow pain is still there... Anyway, gonna try to progress from here and see where it takes me.
