The best habit I’ve picked up over the last year is always hitting 10k+ steps a day. Rain or shine, sick or healthy, I get it done. Now on a 7 month streak. I try to walk whenever possible including taking calls and responding to emails/messages. (Proof of work below)

I’ve seen a lot of wild things at the gym over the years, but think today tops the list. Saw a guy throwing bare fist combos on a punching bag (normal), but would end the combos by rolling out a switchblade and lightly stabbing the bag (not normal?). Makes me wonder what he’s training for 🫥

You can learn a lot about how a startup operates based on what time periods they cite for product features/bug fixes/customer service issues. Some cite hours/days/weeks while others cite months/quarters. The difference couldn’t be more apparent.

Got a DEXA scan yesterday. Using chatgpt to walk me through the results and understand the different metrics is surprisingly very useful. (Highly recommend these scans to measure muscle and body fat changes over time).

I made it. Now considering a career pivot into being a content creator.

Tiny design feedback: Make the border of a quoted cast darker to better differentiate from the new cast's text. They sort of bleed into each other, which makes it feel like a lot of text overall (when the quoted cast is text heavy).

1/ Very excited to launch a new @curated product -- The artwork renderer. We want to help collectors enjoy and share the on-chain digital art they own, either digitally or with prints. We think this is the easiest way to generate high-res images, GIFs, and print-ready files.

Playing around with playground.com given their launch today. Making subsequent edits by specifically referencing what you want to change feels like a much better UX and is one I've been looking for. (Launch thread: x.com/Suhail/statu...)
