I built a tiny GitHub Actions “Decision Gate” for builders.
Before anything irreversible runs, you explicitly choose:
PASS / DELAY / BLOCK (plus presets like phish_delay, secrets_block).

If you run a long-term project with AI, try this now:
“Evaluate my past decision as-of (with info/constraints at the time).
Then propose forward-only deltas.
Re-evaluate only when external signals change (adoption/verification/citations/contradiction resolved).”
If this reduces hindsight drift, keep it as a standing rule.
