Pretty challenging workout today. I honestly tried to do it, but was not able to meet all the paces, just the first two intervals. All the rest was around 5:10.
Berlin half marathon is coming soon. I’ll have my last long long run later this week, and I hope to be able to decide on a pace goal for the race. Runna says around 5:55. But I am not sure about it.
I must say that I am a bit anxious. Training in winter was not very productive. Let’s see what I can do without any previous experience in running long distances. I still have two full weeks of training and then comes the taper. 💪
