The Phoenix rises from the Ashes
What does it mean to live? Why do we write? It can be so easy. Yet, the head feels heavy. Poetry can rain down onto the paper, and you may not recognize it. What it really means to be, you only see, when the phoenix rises from the ashes, and you sit there & it matches. Words don't have to make sense. Sometimes, the pen is faster than the mind and you only understand, after years of not seeing. You come back, see how it is interwoven & then it is clearer than every before.

Breaking through the meditation
Bodhilama still integrates. Fred now taking a break and enjoys his time during meditation. But tension is building up. Something is not right. It is not fully aligned with him. So, he wonders how he can find alignment during Vipassana.

Bodhilama is integrating while Fred gets a message which reminds him to slow down, take a step back and to remember who he truly is. Too much confusion in his head which he was not aware of until now. He needs a break, something to remember again who & why he is.

The machine let off steam and released a kettle-like sound.It was too much for Fred. The ceiling of his new room literally fell on his head. It seemed like the room was shrinking from day to day, just as much that he barely noticed it but not too much to become too suspicious. Everything became too much, so he decides to take a break. Integration takes time. An usually happens, while you are doing something completely different. A lot can come up. It is important to listen and to remember. Only than you can transform an old, habitual cycle in something completely new. Just listen & remember!
