Tonight’s dinner: sriracha honey glazed salmon salad bowls with crunchy panko :)
For the salmon, the marinade is just sriracha, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper. I roasted the filets at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
The salad is greens, a little balsamic vinaigrette, quinoa, feta, pumpkin seeds, and toasted panko :)

My new favorite bread recipe! 🍞
This cranberry nut bread was so easy to make! I let it rise for 18 hours, and it developed such a great flavor. The outside was crunchy and it had a light chewy interior :)
