3) coconut water: splash of pineapple juice
4) unsweetened kombucha: ginger
5) smoothie: pomegranate juice, coconut water, peanut butter, blueberries, cocoa, collagen, chia seeds, creatine, banana, kefir
6) dc with lemon or seltzer
7) gallon o’ water throughout day
