had my first session with my new coach and group today in 🇺🇸 i was SO nervous as its like the first day of school but as soon as i got there they all hugged me and were the best energy 🥹 i noticed they added an england flag to the wall so i felt like i belonged straight away training was tough but im literally training with the olympic champion + best jumpers in the world so learning from the best!!!!

i have an 8 hour flight tomorrow to my next training camp! what ive been up to today: - went to church with my fam - replied to ppl on X yesterdays video hit close to 100k views - spoke to virtuals team to get gymbot working properly on their acp (its still in sandbox mode) - created a beginners guide to vibecoding will prob post tomorrow - filmed two videos, one to post before tomorrows flight and one to post another time next week as i wont have access to my desk set up - updated gymbot on the train 2026 the year of locking in

gymbot update: i have now integrated it with telegram 🎉 gymbot watches your lift, gives real time feedback and sends the data to your telegram chat for a session summary next step is to make this an openclaw skill to add to @virtualsprotocol.eth this will allow your ai agent to call on the gymbot skill and be able to use it! would love for this to work alongside other health/fitness skills like wearable data so your agent can give you a full fitness picture! will post more updates soon :)
