Most likely, this is not going to end well because it's not really thoughtful, just implementation of old ideas of NFTs in tokens .

Hack -2 :
I create consumption list for the next 20 days like how you buy food of 1 month by going to shopping mall at once. Same logic
- I never consume anything randomly.
- I add videos,blogs,movies,books to my consumption list will only consume for next 20 days .
- it saves time and attention.
Super productive.
Hack :
I stopped consuming algorithms
1) I never spend time on feeds like instagram, twitter or YouTube etc.
2) I bookmark, add to watch later in a quick 1 minute for everything.
3) I only have watch later ,I only consume them
4) I have watch later in Instagram also .
5) I never scroll ,I only "search" or consume watchlater.
Doing this since year,super productive.
I thought,I will never watch YouTube videos after ai summarisers but the twist happened.
I stopped watching quality less videos , and started enjoying a few videos more by increasing quality.
The quality of videos is increasing nowadays.
The best thing one can do is try swimming in somewhat cold water; I feel it's both meditation and physical exercise. I felt the peakest endorphins and norepinephrine.
I swam in a normal swimming pool, but the water was cold because the atmosphere was very cold.
