Random musing: being friendly is undervalued. When an ecosystem has a friendly "vibe", I think it's quite powerful - esp in early days.
I get a lot of that vibe from many of the ecosystems in web3. As a builder, makes you generally happy to wake up to the problems to tackle every morning.
