Important update in the Base ecosystem: Base is no longer focusing as much on content creators inside the Base app. They are shifting their strategy and moving more toward delivering a stronger trading experience. Zora has also moved from Base to Solana, and the creator coin narrative is fading. But structurally, it shows that top-tier L2s will eventually outgrow shared-stack models to take full control of their own execution and economics.
