It’s been a little less than 3 weeks but it’s amazing how much progress you can see if you’re strict and consistent!! I started on the 12th and have gone to the gym to strength train 12/19 days. Muscle memory is starting to kick in and I feel great! I should have taken a before picture. Huge /success This isn’t the first time I’ve casted a picture of myself but it’s been a while lol. After waiting 2 weeks with some back and forth with Vercel, they are giving me a $100 credit towards the $282 bill. Sucks but better than nothing. So my monthly bill will be $200 instead of the normal $20. The billing cycle ends the 27th so I'll be able to unpause my frames after that.

GM Success fam! It's been 2 weeks of consistent exercise/strength training and I feel great!! I've also been eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I've been sleeping better, have more energy, feel more confident, and just feel better overall. It's so important to take care of your physical health, which also helps with your mental health.
