Proof of Health is live on ResearchHub.
Managing health data today is fragmented, opaque, and biased toward one‑off clinical encounters instead of continuous, real‑world behavior.
This preprint proposes a Web3 research lab architecture that treats health as a verifiable signal, using encrypted storage, decentralized identifiers, and optional on‑chain attestations to turn longitudinal biomarker, wearable, imaging, and protocol‑adherence data into Proofs of Health that can be verified without exposing raw records.
The goal: make health status a programmable primitive for science, insurance, and performance contracts while preserving privacy, strengthening consent, and aligning incentives around long‑term human optimization.
